Kurukshetra University Distance Education (KUK DDE) Courses Admission 2025:

The Kurukshetra University DDE offers researched-based knowledge to its students and obtains UGC & NAAC approvals. The university proposes admission in the courses that are staged at undergraduate, postgraduate, Diploma & PG Diploma levels.

The KUK DDE courses admissions are conducted twice a year, the first commencing in January and the other in July. The University has not yet announced the admission dates for the January 2025 session. As per 2023 & 2024 records we can assume the admissions will start in the 2nd week of January for the new academic year. KUK DDE Admission last date will be 31 March 2025* for the January 2025 session.

The University offers various PG courses like MBA, MCA, M.COM, MA (Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Punjabi, Political science, Philosophy, History, Economics, Public Administration), M.Sc (Mathematics, Geography, Computer Science), Master of Library and Information Sciences, M.Ed. Eligibility Criteria for KUK Distance Education Courses 

The students willing to pursue higher education at Kurukshetra University Distance Education need to fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned by the KUK DDE. The eligibility criteria for each course are mentioned below –

  • B.Com/BA/BCA/BLIS: Candidates need to pass class 10+2 in five subjects of the Board School of Education, Haryana, or any other recognized institution. English as one of the subjects or Pass in 3-year Diploma program examination conducted by the Board of Technical Education.
  • B.Ed: The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% aggregate or 55% in the case of B.Tech/BE, trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
  • MBA/MCom/MA (Master of Arts): The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
  • M.Sc (Mathematics, Geography, Computer Science): Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Science stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
  • M.Ed:  Candidates who have passed BA Hons in Education, or Bachelor degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks or 45% in the subject of Education. 

Kurukshetra University Distance Education (KUK DDE) Admission Procedure 2025: 

Candidates willing to take admission in distance education courses at Kurukshetra University need to apply online for admission. The admission process is divided into several steps. Candidates should check the eligibility criteria before filling in the application form. The admission process is as follows – 

  • Visit the official website for registration. The official website for KUK Distance Education is https://www.ddekuk.ac.in.  
  • After that visit the registration link which is https://iums.kuk.ac.in/anon_distanceStudentSignup.htm 
  • Fill the required details on the registration form and submit it.
  • You will receive login credentials from the university, with login details (username & password) open application form.
