DAVV Distance Education: The online admission window of DAVV CDOE will soon open for the July 2025 academic session. The university will be inviting the prospective eligible candidates for its 2 professional distance education programmes. Students can apply for the admission from the MP Gov official website https://davv.mponline.gov.in. The expected last date for the admission will be 30 June 2025*.

About University: The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) is an important part of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyala, as it adopts flexible methods to educate anyone, anytime and anywhere, to ensure that everyone can learn while juggling other things. DAVV Distance Education (CDOE) offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) approved by the distance education board. The application fee for the course varies from INR 18,000 to INR 19,000 per semester, making it affordable for all candidates.  The application process for admission at the university takes place twice a year. DAVV Distance Education Admission 2025

The admission process at the university takes place once in a year (July Session). The university will released the online admission from on 15 May 2025* at www.cdoedavv.ac.in. Candidates are required to visit the university’s online website to apply for the admission. Applicants need to make sure to fill all the correct and verified details for the filling of application form. An application fee of INR 350, must be paid by the candidates to secure an admission.

Students must make sure to check the eligible for both the courses MBA and MCA before registering for the admission. A minimum qualification for admission is graduation with minimum 50% marks. The selection will be merit based and there will be no entrance test for ODL or Online courses. The last date for Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Distance Education Admission 2025 will be 30 June 2025.

DAVV Distance Education MBA

The Centre of Distance and Online Education Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya emphasis on Finance, Marketing and Human Resources and necessary conceptual, entrepreneurial and analytical skills required for handling modern and technical business. The duration of the course is 2 years and 4 semesters. The fee for the course was INR 18,000 per semester.

The eligibility of the course to seek admission in Distance MBA should be a Graduate with at least 50% marks and 45% marks in case of SC, ST, OBC (excluding Creamy Layer) category of Madhya Pradesh, in aggregate from any UGC/AICTE approved Indian University or a foreign university recognised by AIU or any university as equivalent to it. The Bachelor’s degree must be of a minimum of three years duration after passing the Higher Secondary (10+2) examination of the (10+2) system or equivalent. 

DAVV Distance Education MCA

The university offers ODL MCA to enhance the computing skills to solve complex problems using well-established practised and technological approach. The duration of the course is 2 years and was over 4 semesters. Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Distance MCA fee is INR 19,800 per semester. To be eligible for this course, a candidate must pass any of the given degrees:s BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), B.E. (CSE/IT), B.Tech (CSE/IT) or any equivalent degree or any other graduation degree with Mathematics at (10+2) level or graduation level.

Candidates must obtain at least 50% marks and 45% marks in case of SC, ST, OBC (excluding creamy layer) category of Madhya Pradesh in aggregate from any UGC/ AICTE approved Indian university or from a foreign university recognised by AIU or any other equivalent, with a minimum Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration.

DAA Distance Education Admission Process 2025

Interested candidates can apply for admission to MBA and BCA through the MP GOV Official website, https://davv.mponline.gov.in/ or visiting the CDOE website, by paying the required fees. Given below is a step by step process to register for admission: 

1. Go to the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya CDOE website https://www.cdoedavv.ac.in/ and click on “programs”.
2. Choose “Open and Distance Learning” or “Online”.
3. The select the course “MBA/MCA/MA Economics/MA Sociology/MBAOL”.
4. You will be redirected to MP Government Official website “https://davv.mponline.gov.in/“
5. If you are a new applicant, create an account by registering on the portal. You will need to provide basic personal information such as your name, contact details, and a valid email address.
6. After registering, log in to your account and fill out the application form for BBA or BCA. Ensure all details provided are accurate and complete.
7. Upload the necessary documents.
8. Pay the required application fee through the available payment methods (e.g., online payment, credit/debit card, or bank transfer).
9. Once the application form is completed and the fee is paid, review all the entered information. If everything is correct, submit the application.
10. After submission, you will receive a confirmation email or notification from the university. Keep this for your records.
