GITAM University Distance Education Courses Admission 2025
GITAM Center of Distance Learning will start the admission process on 28 May 2025 for the July 2025 academic cycle. In this session the university will be offering 2 UG and 1 PG degree with multiple subjects. The last date to apply for Gitam CDL admission under July session will be 25 July 2025.
Generally, the university offers admissions in two batches February and July. The selection to all courses in first come first serve basis, therefore there is no entrance test for the admission.
The University offers a 2-year MA program in English Specialization and 3-year programs in commerce and arts stream B.Com, BA in Political Science, BA in Public Administration, BA in Sociology, and MA English. The University offers programs in both English and Telugu medium.
The admission process for the GITAM University Distance Education program is designed online, so interested applicants can apply online to take admissions. The admissions are completely merit-based. The Application fee is INR 1200 which is non-refundable. Applicants can pay the fee online by debit card, credit card, net banking, or net banking.

- Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM): The candidate should have passed the 2-year Intermediate examination conducted by the Board Of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh or any other examination equivalent.
- MA in English: The candidate should have passed a 3 or 4-year bachelor’s degree of any University recognized by GITAM University as equivalent. A candidate with professional qualifications such as CA/ICWA/ AMIE/AIETE is also eligible.
