ICDEOL Admission 2025
HPU ICDEOL has closed their registration process for UG, PG and Diploma courses approved by the Distance Education Bureau of UGC. 31 March 2025 was the last date to apply for the HPU ICDEOL admission in January session. The online application form fees is INR 500 for all ODL courses apart from distance MBA Program.
The application fee for the the Distance MBA is INR 700/-(INR 200 processing fee). Candidates can pay the application fee through the online payment interface, including UPI, Debit/Credit cards, Paytm, Net Banking, etc.
ICDEOL HPU offers 16+ distance education courses approved by UGC-DEB. The University invited the admission in two academic session, one is January and other one july session. Currently January 2025 session admissions has closed, those students missed the chance for admission in himachal pradesh university ODL courses can apply at July 2025 session.

ICDEOL MBA Admission 2025
HPU offers admission to a 2-year long distance MBA MBA degree. The course is AICTE approved and covers various subjects of management. The course is offered with various specializations like Advertising Management, Rural Marketing, Strategic Human Resource Management, Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management available in the second year. Anyone who passed BA/BCom/BBA or equivalent from a recognized university with 50% marks is eligible to enroll in this course.

Eligibility Criteria for ICDEOL Admission
Bachelor of Arts (General): The eligibility criteria for ICDEOL BA admission 2025 is a pass in the Senior Secondary (10+2) Examination (Academic Stream) conducted by the H.P Board of School Education (or in the case of Shashtri, a pass. in Prak Shashtri from Sanskrit Colleges affiliated to the HPU) or an examination accepted as equivalent thereto by the various bodies of the H.P. University.
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com): The eligibility criteria for this course is to fill any of the given requirements:-

- 10+2 Examination (or equivalent) from any recognized board or university in India, with Maths or Economics as compulsory subjects.
- Senior Secondary Certificate (Class XII) from CBSE or any equivalent board, with Maths or Economics as compulsory subjects.
- Pre-University Examination (two years after 10th grade) from an Indian university or board recognized by HPU, with Maths or Economics as a compulsory subject.
- Intermediate Examination with Maths or Economics from any recognized Indian university/board or an equivalent exam like Indian School Certificate (Class XII) from the Council of Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.
- Any equivalent examination from a recognized foreign university/board, with Maths or Economics as a compulsory subject, recognized by the Vice Chancellor or the Equivalence Committee of HPU.
Eligibility Criteria for HPU ICDEOL PG Courses
Master of Arts (M.A): HPU offers masters in specialisations including Economics, English, Education, Hindi, History, Journalism and Mass Communication, Music, Political Science, Public Administration, Sanskrit and Sociology. To apply for this course candidate must get a bachelor’s degree in any discipline recognised by the university.
Masters of Commerce (M.Com): To apply for HPU Distance Education MCom course candidate must fulfill any of the given criteria:

- B.Com. (old), B.Com. (RUSA) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or B.A. with Commerce or B.A./B. Sc./M.A./ M.Sc. degree with Economics/Statistics/Mathematics as one of the elective subjects.
- Degree of a Foreign University which may be recognized as equivalent by the Vice-Chancellor with such conditions as he may impose regarding the additional courses of study which the candidate would be required to qualify for the degree.
Master of Business Administration (MBA): To apply for an MBA candidates must fulfill any of the given criteria Admission to MBA shall be open to the holder of any first Bachelor’s degree of a University established by law in India, with at least 50% marks (45% marks in the case of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates).
