Shivaji University Distance Education Admission
On 20 November 2025, Shivaji University Kolhapur will start the admission procedure for all the undergraduate and postgraduate distance education courses for the January session. It is offering courses like Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), MSc Mathematics, MBA, and MA in multiple specializations like Hindi/English/Marathi/Sociology/Pol Science/History/Economics.
Students will get direct or merit-based admission to all courses (except MBA) after fulfilling the eligibility criteria of the course. One who needs to take the Shivaji University MBA entrance test (or MH CET to be exempted from the exam for admission to the ODL MBA.

Shivaji University Distance Education MBA
This university also offers admission to a 2-year with 4-semester master of business administration degree in distance (ODL) and well as online learning mode. MBA courses offer many specializations such as finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, etc. It is a professional course aimed at graduates who want to enhance their business management skills and want to start a corporate career. The total fee for the MBA course is INR 47,130.
The university will conduct an entrance test (MBA-CET) for admission to this course; however, there are exemptions for students who have appeared in the MHCET exam. Candidates must pass their bachelor’s degree with 50% marks from UGC/AIU-approved university to be eligible for this course.
