SRM Distance Education Admission 2025:

SRM Distance Education has started the admission process for all the offered UG and PG level courses under the January 2025 academic session. University offers numerous courses such as BA, BCom, BBA, BA JMC, MA, MCom, MBA, MA JMC and more in multiple specializations. Candidates need to complete the admission process before the last date of SRMIST Distance education admission 31 January 2025.

The application fee is INR 500 and it’s non-refundable, and the last date for payment of course fee is 05 February 2025, you can pay the fee by using the debit or credit card, UPI, NET Banking, and more.

SRM Distance Education Eligibility Criteria: 

Candidates should check the eligibility criteria before applying for admission. The eligibility criteria for SRMIST ODL for all programs is mentioned below –

• BA (English, Journalism and Mass Communication): You just 12th pass from any recognized educational board with a minimum of 50% marks.
• B.Com (Corporate Secretaryship, Accounting and Finance, Information System and Management):  Students who are interested to enrol in BCom offered specialization should be passed 10+2 with min of 50% marks or its equivalent from any approved educational board.

• BCA/BBA: Applicants must have passed 12th or diploma, with Mathematics/Statistics as one of the subjects from any recognized board or its equivalent. 

• MA (English, Journalism, and Mass Communication): Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 50% aggregate, with Mathematics/Statistics as one of the subjects. 

• M.Com: Should be a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 50% aggregate from a recognized University. 
• MCA: Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 50% aggregate from a recognized University,  with Mathematics/Statistics as one of the subjects.   
• MBA:  Students must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized University.  

SRM Distance Education Admission Procedure 2025: 

SRMIST Distance Education admissions are going on for the January 2025 academic session. Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to apply for admission to the course of their interest. Candidates should first check the eligibility criteria before applying for admission – 

• You just need to visit the official website of the university to start registration https://admissions.srmist.edu.in/srmistonline/distanceeducation.
• Now fill out all the required details such as Name, DOB, Mobile Number, Mail ID, Select State, Select Program, and verify your Mobile number. 
• Now University will send you credentials on your registered mail id (“Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrollment is completed Change in Email ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances”)
• Open the application form by filling in the login credentials. Fill in the details asked.
• Attach the important documents like Aadhar card, Marksheets, Passport size photo, and Signature.
• Submit the application fee of INR 500.
