YCMOU Admission 2025
YCMOU admission procedure has been started for the various of UG, PG, and other Diploma and Certificate level courses for the January 2025 academic session. Students can apply to the YCMOU, by filling out the online application form by visiting the official portal of the university or offline application form by submitting it to the nearest examination center. YCMOU admission 2025 last date is 31 March 2025 for January academic year.
The admission form fee is INR 500/-. The fee needs to be paid through online or offline modes. The average fee for the offered course is INR 5,500 to INR 22,500/-. The majority of admissions will be merit based but for MBA, BEd and Agricultural courses, candidates must clear a university level entrance test.
The selection for admission to YCMOU is based on merit. The merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. The university provides 13% reservation to Scheduled castes and Scheduled tribes, and 10% reservation for economically weaker sections.

YCMOU MBA Admission 2025
YCMOU offers Masters of Business Administration, as a two-year course. The course is in English medium. To be eligible for this course the candidate must complete a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. The total fees for YCMOU MBA is Rs. 39016/-.
The minimum time to complete the course is 2 years and the maximum time is 4 years. The university has already commenced the online registration for this course and 31 March 2025 is the last date for YCMOU MBA admission 2025.
Selection in this course will be based on online conducts a common entrance test (CET). The exam date for YCMOU MBA CET is 30 March 2025. The entrance exam included multiple-choice questions including aptitude, subject knowledge, and general awareness. The entrance exam fee is INR 600/-.
YCMOU B.Ed Admission 2025
This university offers a 2 years ODL Bed degree for in service teaching staffs of government organizations. This course also offered with a specialization called BEd special education. Students who are in service teacher and also completed their graduation with 50%, Deled, or any NCTE approved programmes in regular mode are eligible for this course.
YCMOU offers admission to this course only once a year and it is based on entrance test (BEd CET) followed by merit list. The total fee for the YCMOU BEd course is approx 38,200 and the application fee is 1000/.
There are a total of 1500 seats in this course out of which each study center has only 36 seats. As per admission rules the maximum admission a study center can take is 41/42. The online registrations will soon start and YCMOU bed admission last date will be 31 July 2025*.

Eligibility Criteria For UG Courses Admission
- Successful completion of the Preparatory Program of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University.
- 10+2 Passed from Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (HSC) or equivalent BBoard Examinations from other states.
- Secondary School Examination (XI) Passed before 1975.
- The government recognised the diploma program of a minimum of 02 consecutive years after 10th standard.
- Students must have relevant subjects in 12th class.
